Mildura's climate

Climate 

The Mildura region experiences 122 clear days each year, and 77 days (on average) when the temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius. This is the ideal climate to get outdoors and play golf, dine out along Feastreet, attend an outdoor festival, explore a national park or participate in aquatic activities on the Murray and Darling rivers.

The region enjoys a Mediterranean climate with dry summers and mild winters. Most rain falls between May and October, with the average rainfall approximately 250mm.

Summer (December-February)

Summer is hot with plenty of sunshine and warm days. Temperatures vary but 35-40 degrees Celsius is common. Wear suitable clothing and don't forget sunscreen and a hat. Always carry extra drinking water and ensure your vehicle is in good working order.

Autumn (March-May)

In autumn the days are warm and the evenings chilly. Lighter clothing is recommended during the day and some warmer clothes for evenings.
