Volunteers at work – Mildura Visitor Information and Booking Centre

Some of the people that help you when you come to the Mildura Visitor Information and Booking Centre are volunteers. They are people who are passionate about Mildura and the region and who have been trained to help us ensure that your stay is a memorable one.

Volunteers assist to make the Mildura Visitor Centre a friendly, efficient, first class visitor centre. They are a friendly group who work in our fabulous state-of-art centre.

Volunteers' duties are varied, but their main task is to assist you with your many enquiries about Mildura and surrounding regions. Other duties include answering telephone enquiries, surveying visitors and more.

Volunteers are given full training and work beside staff members until they are confident. Clear guidelines are in place to assist us to feel comfortable and effective while working at the centre.

Becoming a volunteer
