VISTA Cafe Bar is situated in the arts and culture precinct better known as Mildura Arts Centre. 

Serving great coffee, light snacks, and cakes in a beautiful setting. We also offer a range of teas and cold drinks and have a licensed bar.
  

We are open from 10am-2pm daily, and in the evening for performances and events.
